How do I change my Wi-Fi connection?

If you travel with your portable Smart Life device and have to connect to a new or different WiFi signal you will need to manage these changes in the BodyGuardz app. 

  1. Open the BodyGuardz app - Select the BodyGuardz app icon on your mobile device
  2. Select Device - On the home page, you will see all the Smart Life devices associated with your account. Select the device you want to connect to a new WiFi signal.
  3. Select the Settings Icon - The settings icon is a round gear in the top right of the device page.
  4. Select Wi-Fi Connection, then Change Wi-Fi network 
  5. Select the WiFi Signal you want to connect to - This page you list a number of available Wi-Fi signals. Find the one you wish to connect to and enter the associated password. 
  6. Start Monitoring - When you press save, the device should be connected to the new WiFi signal. Check to make sure everything is running correctly by viewing the live-stream.
