My device isn't turning on, what do I do?

If you’re having some trouble turning on the Portable 360 Camera, first make sure that it has sufficient charge. Remove the gray outer jacket on the lower part of the camera, then remove the charging cord that is wrapped around it, and the wall adapter from the bottom. Plug it in to a wall outlet to begin charging.


To turn on the camera, push and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds. This gray button is found next to the USB ports in the middle of the camera. It will take about 15 seconds for the camera to turn on. When powered up, you’ll hear a chime and see a blinking blue light below the camera.
