How do I get my free replacement?

To order your replacement protector, please follow the steps below:


1. Become an Advantage Program Member


First off, you’ll need to create a BodyGuardz account. This will allow you to register your products and link them to your account. Plus, you get more exclusive member discounts like 20% off the entire website. Tap HERE to log in or create an account.


2. Register your screen protector


Registering your product will save your protector style and size to your account to make it easy to order the replacement you need. Once you’re logged into your BodyGuardz account you’ll tap Register your Screen Protector and follow the prompts. Be sure to know the name of your device (ex: iPhone 13 Pro or Note 10 Ultra), the BodyGuardz product you purchased, and the purchase location. If you’re unsure of which product you have, a picture is provided on the left side of the registration page or you can contact a Customer Success member to help. 


3. Add the replacement product to your cart and proceed to checkout!


After registering the screen, you’ll be redirected to the Eligible Replacements page. If the product is in stock and available, you can tap Add to Cart and proceed to checkout. Keep in mind that a credit card is required to be on file, but it won’t be used as long as we receive your old damaged protector within 60 days. We use these old protectors as a proof of purchase, to prevent fraud and ensure that we can provide this service to our wonderful customers who have purchased a protector and are eligible for replacements. We’ll provide an envelope and instructions detailing how to mail back your damaged protector to make it as easy as possible. If the damaged screen is not returned within 60 days, the card is charged the full retail price of the protector. 


4. Apply the new protector and send back the old one


Be sure to consider a BodyGuardz case to pair with your screen protector. When both a case and screen protector are registered to a single device, you’ll also qualify for Free Shipping on your next 5 screen protector replacements! *Note that the case must be at least $20 or more to qualify.
